TRX – Suspension training. Make your body your machine.This is an exercise for all abilities, it leverages one’s own bodyweight and gravity to develop strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability simultaneously.

 

ZUMBA – latin dance based fitness class uses,dance themes to target all areas of the body

 

ZUMBA TONE – Zumba with hand held weights for toning

 

KETTLEBELL – Cast iron balls with a handle used to create functional strength development. Increase core strength and stability while performing ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.


PUMP IT – Intense weight training and cardio combination.

 

AB  BLAST CORE – Abdominal and core strength focus for those who really want results


SPIN CLASS – instructor leads participants in a stationary bicyling course.
