TRX

Suspension training. Make your body your machine.  This is an exercise for all abilities, it leverages one’s own bodyweight and gravity to develop strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability simultaneously.

ZUMBA

Latin dance based fitness class uses,dance themes to target all areas of the body

YOGA

Find balance between effort and relaxation in a class that combines strength of held postures and the serenity of breath-directed movement.

KICKBOX

Kicking and punching movements along with jumping jacks and more. A cardiovascular workout that is sure to challenge you.

STEP

Combination of step patterns on an adjustable step bringing your cardiovascular workout to new heights.

SPIN

Instructor leads participants in a stationary bicyling course.

CORE

Builds core strength and tones muscles of the abdominals, legs and more.

KETTLEBELL

Cast iron balls with a handle used to create functional strength development. Increase core strength and stability while performing ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.

PUMP IT

Intense weight training and cardio combination.
