Class Descriptions

TRX

Suspension training. Make your body your machine.  This is an exercise for all abilities, it leverages one’s own bodyweight and gravity to develop strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability simultaneously.

FLEX

Cardio and strength training. Muscle building, cardiovascular calorie burn. Led by nationally certified personal trainer.

Hiit Fusion

Combination of strength exercises and high intensity cardio designed to maximize your calorie burn while toning every muscle from head to toe

Sculpt Up

Strength training for upper body, back and core strength combined with cardio work to increase heart rate and calorie burn

Lower Body Burn

Strength training for lower body with a mix of cardio

Strength Remix

Fitness class that combines zumba, strength training and mobility exercises

STRONG

Combines body weight muscle conditioning cardio and plyometric training moves synced to music designed to match every move. Every squat, lunge and burpee is driven by the music, helping to make it to that last rep and maybe even 5 more!

REB3L Strength /Groove

choreographed toning routines set to powerful music. Creates sculpted bodies and builds physical strength using body weight, minimal equipment and low-impact/high repetition training.

GROOVE- Fuses hard hitting choreography with HIIT mechanics and powerful music, resulting in a high intensity, bootcampstyle dance fitness format. all fitness levels

PUMP IT

Intense weight training and cardio combination.
