Suspension training. Make your body your machine.  This is an exercise for all abilities, it leverages one’s own bodyweight and gravity to develop strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability simultaneously.

High intensity training utilizing body weight, plyometrics and more

Combination of strength exercises and high intensity cardio designed to maximize your calorie burn while toning every muscle from head to toe

Kicking and punching movements along with jumping jacks and more. A cardiovascular workout that is sure to challenge you.

Fitness class that combines plyometrics-inspired movement with easy to follow dance steps to maximize calorie burning.
